First of all, the Echelon Salon is great! Everyone is super nice and helpful. I've never had a negative experience. Melissa Friske has been cutting my hair for a while now and she is the best! She is fast, thorough, and professional. You can tell she takes her job seriously and really wants you to be happy with the results. Several times I've gone to her not knowing exactly what I wanted and she was able to guide me and really kind of verbalize abstract ideas I've had. She's also great with color! I went to another salon once that was closer to me because I didn't feel like driving to far (I moved out of Santa Clarita) and I really realized just how professional and great the Echelon Salon team is compared to other places.
